Aside from what must be an eye watering budget, this christmas film just hits a flat. Not unwatchable but I had high hopes that it would have had a more cheeky or self-aware mockery of other cheesy christmas movies but it just ended up being a very family friendly knock off

Great movie. I just think the plot line is ironic because it’s definitely written from a left-leaning point of view with the intent of ridiculing right-wing beliefs about the pandemic.
However, I feel like the ridicule goes both ways and can be mirrored to woke-ism (for a lack of a better word, I’m sorry, I hate that word, it’s so trite)
